4 point inspection

A Four Point Inspection focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Electrical wiring and panels. Plumbing connections and fixtures.  Insurers want to make sure the systems are in good working order before insurance is given.

Wind Mitigation

The purpose of a wind mitigation inspection is to determine the appropriateness of a given structure's construction in the event of strong winds, such as those present in a hurricane.  Insurance companies are required to reduce rates for hurricane resistant features. It may be necessary to have an inspector document the home’s features in order to receive discounts.

Sewer Scope

A residential sewer scope inspection involves inserting a specialized camera into a home's sewer lines to assess their condition. This process helps identify any blockages, damages, or potential issues within the pipes, such as tree root intrusion, cracks, or deterioration. By capturing real-time footage, professionals can pinpoint problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance, ensuring the smooth functioning of the sewer system and preventing potential costly damages in the future.

New Construction

A new construction home inspection is a comprehensive assessment conducted by a certified inspector on a newly built residence before the final handover to the buyer. This examination covers all aspects of the property, including structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, insulation, and more. The inspector evaluates the construction quality, ensuring industry standards. Any issues or deficiencies found are documented  providing the homebuyer with insights into the property's condition and any necessary repairs or adjustments required before occupancy.

Termite Inspection (WDO)

A Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection Report is a written report of an inspection on a home for visible and accessible evidence of an infestation or damage by wood destroying organisms. Usually this means subterranean or dry wood termites, but will also cover wood destroying beetles and wood destroying fungi. WDO inspections performed through Ameripro Pest Control Inc.

Mold

A residential mold inspection entails a thorough examination of a home for any signs of mold growth or moisture-related issues. Conducted by trained professionals, this inspection involves visually assessing key areas prone to mold, such as basements, attics, bathrooms, and areas affected by leaks or humidity. They may use moisture meters or infrared cameras to detect hidden moisture sources conducive to mold growth. Samples might be collected for lab analysis to identify specific mold types. This inspection aims to locate, identify, and assess the extent of mold presence, providing homeowners with insights into potential health risks and necessary remediation steps.
